All orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across India, and typically 3–6 business days within Karnataka.
You can cancel an order any time before it has shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll cancel it and refund any amount paid, in full, to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your order has already shipped, it can't be recalled in transit — please receive it and follow the returns process below instead.

Who pays depends on why the item is coming back.
Approved returns are refunded as store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase on the site. Store credit is added to your account once the returned item is received and inspected, and is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. You can see your balance and its expiry date on your account page and apply it at checkout.
